Day 6: Camp Life

Yesterday our homeroom group was playing games with Zack. We were given a choice to choose a game. Our group played UNO and other classic cards. Most of the students didn't know how to play classic card games. So those who can play decided to teach others. They played some games so others understood and learned how to play this adorable game, seeing this process. We all had a good time! (It wasn't even useless!) -Masha & Arianda, LA

It is the seventh day of our camp, and we have already had many positive moments and emotions that will stay in our memories.  For example, we really enjoy nationals, clubs, games, friendship day, especially talking with American teachers. Also it is fun to feel how united we are when all 94 students and helpers with American and Latvian teachers sing together the same song. It is amazing! By the way, we would like to notice the school cafeteria's work. They cook really delicious meals, and unfortunately we can't enjoy it for a long time because they aren't big enough for us! 😀 -Artur & Vlad#2, LA

This day was amazing. We have 3 class activities, all of them were very interesting. First class we were was to find sigma, mean, median, and mode. The next was Carrie. We are playing roles from Romeo and Juliet. Irene was a musician, Lora was the Nurse, Arianda was Juliet and Masha was Romeo. It was amazing! In the ending, we were with McKell. We will write our story. Some of us write about friendship, some about aliens, but we were writing about horror--lovely story. We liked it, and the others liked it, too. We can't forget our homeroom activities. We are playing the game which is "Troangle." It is a very interesting and intellectual game. Finally, the day was amazing. We loved it very much and we say "Thanks" to Carrie, Tom and McKell for this day. -Laura & Irene, LA
